As Director of Strategic Access & Reimbursement, you will play an important role in the overall success of the company. The goal is to expand coverage, coding and payment for the SAINT Neuromodulation System in the U.S. Responsibilities will include supporting Payer Contracting, Customer Prior Authorization and Denials Appeals. The right candidate will also facilitate optimized billing processes and operations that support our customers workflow and support long-term reimbursement. You’ll be responsible for working closely with physicians and hospital staff to obtain release of complete, accurate, and compliant documentation for reimbursement for services provided in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy. You will also ensure Medicare claims support long-term reimbursement success through the Chargemasters at each hospital, hospital billing and claims analysis. This role reports to the Vice President of Commercial.
In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize complex software solutions, driving the evolution of our core products and services by deploying the company’s neuromodulation software. The right candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects; interfacing to the AWS cloud for data storage and retrieval; integrating with various internal and external hardware components in our laboratory. This role is pivotal in bridging technical development with stakeholder needs.
As a Data Analyst at Magnus Medical, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to support our SAINT treatment and other medical device innovations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including commercial, operations, clinical, engineering, and regulatory to provide insights that drive decision-making, enhance product development, facilitate communication with customers, and ensure the highest standards of patient care.This position will report to the Sr. Manager of R&D.
